  • Pegasus Springs believes that students must be key collaborators in all education’s efforts. Their experiences and aspirations are critical as we navigate toward the future, and our Building Our Leaders of Tomorrow (BOLT) program is committed to empowering student voice and agency. With BOLT content and programing, our goal is to provide opportunities for students to both express their perspectives and to share their experiences, interests, and talents.

Coolidge Middle School, “Mural”

The 16 UED students, when working on a “symbol” for the group, realized that one symbol did not properly capture what “UED” meant for all.  They decided on a mural instead. The mural turned virtual; it then became a slide show/video, which turned into an Advisory activity and its own piece of art!

Sachi Selvakumar, Grade 7, “Don’t Get Hurt”

This is an original song. It’s supposed to be something uplifting about keeping one’s anger to oneself until the time is right. I hope to become a singer when I grow up and this song really keeps me going. Nova is my stage name.
